Watching the CGI animations at Geek Drinx last night, I was all, “Where’s the chase spacecraft for dramatic exterior angles on the lander? This is America! We faked a moon landing! Did nobody think to send a chase spacecraft?”
I should have known better than to doubt the JPL’s Southern Californian sense of showmanship. Jack Parsons would be proud.
